Tony Lynch is the founder of the nonprofit memories of us Ltd....grief support for men and podcast host of memories of us podcast. His journey began just over 21/2 years ago after struggling with some major losses of his parents, younger brother, and his son. As a man, Tony found it very difficult to navigate these losses on his own and over time his decisions lead him to be homeless, lose everything and ultimately attempt to take his own life. Tony seek help only to find that there was little to non for men. He then formed memories of us Ltd as a way to fill a gap in support for men providing space to talk without judgment, be heard, begin to heal and be supported. He also build a community where they could become better men for their family, friends and significant others. Tony is now serving over 400 men across the world with a growing network of counselors, and international partners.
