As a young adult finding it extremely difficult to find purpose as he was working a management job which was not helping him reach what he see as potential, he learnt a lot from it being in charge of people at his pub.
When he was recommended for my first coaching training program with the MOE foundation, I never looked back which really helped him to craft his active listening skills and being able to ask thought provoking questions, which has led him to create his own business called "Kingston Coaching" to help people build a bulletproof mindset whilst becoming self aware of who they are.
